[0001]本實(shí)用新型涉及一種基于雙折射偏振分束器產(chǎn)生矢量光束的裝置,屬于矢量光束技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。
【背景技術(shù)】
[0002]近年來,越來越多的研究開始涉及到偏振態(tài)空間非均勻分布的矢量光束,因?yàn)槿藗儼l(fā)現(xiàn)這種矢量光束具有一些均勻偏振的標(biāo)量光場所不具備的特殊性質(zhì)(參見文獻(xiàn)1-4)。矢量光束的特殊性質(zhì)已經(jīng)在超分辨聚焦成像(參見文獻(xiàn)5和6)、表面等離激元激發(fā)(參見文獻(xiàn)7和8)、光學(xué)微操縱(參見文獻(xiàn)9-12)、激光微加工(參見文獻(xiàn)13和14)等領(lǐng)域顯示了其重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[0003]由于多數(shù)商品激光器只能夠輸出簡單模式的激光,因此如何將它們轉(zhuǎn)變成同時(shí)具有特定偏振分布和特定復(fù)振幅分布的矢量光束成為許多實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的一個(gè)難題。為解決這一難題人們已經(jīng)做了大量工作并提出了許多實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。這些途徑大致可分為基于常規(guī)光學(xué)元件的靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)(參見文獻(xiàn)15-17)和基于可程控的空間光調(diào)制器的動態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)(參見文獻(xiàn)18-33)。而后者由于具有可動態(tài)程控的優(yōu)點(diǎn)更令人感興趣并得到廣泛應(yīng)用。產(chǎn)生任意矢量光束通常需要同時(shí)調(diào)控兩個(gè)正交偏振態(tài)的復(fù)振幅分布。文獻(xiàn)5以及文獻(xiàn)18-21采用了兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的SLM來達(dá)到這一目的;而文獻(xiàn)22-31所采用的系統(tǒng)則由一個(gè)SLM和一個(gè)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雙通道偏振分離和重組的光學(xué)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。
[0004]最近,文獻(xiàn)32和文獻(xiàn)33提出了兩種基于渥拉斯頓棱鏡的任意矢量光束生成方法和裝置,但文獻(xiàn)33的方法只能用于生成一些特殊的矢量光束,例如偏振漩渦;而文獻(xiàn)32的方法則需要在光路中插入非偏振分束器,從而使能量利用率大大降低。
